How we work
No annoying monthly subscription fees
We charge you a simple one-off fee of £449+ VAT when you want to issue certificates to investors at the end of a round. If you need more than 15 certificates, we charge an extra £25+ VAT for every additional certificate above your 15th.
Doing multiple closes? That's cool. We can tag on extra certificates for 6 months after the initial fee was paid at £25+ VAT per go. Crowdfunding? Use our Barracuda Shoal product which makes pricing make sense for your crowd round.
